They also frame how we engage with you in relation to professional services concerning ventilation, indoor air quality, filtration, and related building environmental performance ("Services"), except where a signed order form or master services agreement expressly overrides them.

By browsing this site, submitting a contact form, or instructing us to proceed with scoped work, you confirm that you have authority to bind your organisation and that you accept these Terms together with any written proposal we issue.

If you do not agree, you must not use our website to transmit instructions or confidential information.

Intellectual property

Unless a separate contract assigns rights, all methodologies, calculation templates, branded report formats, software scripts, and training materials remain the intellectual property of Envair Technology Limited or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for the internal operation and maintenance of the sites to which they relate; you may not resell or publish them for third-party commercial gain without our prior written consent.

Service provision

Professional Services are supplied against agreed scopes, fees, assumptions, and programme dates set out in our proposals. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise stated. We may suspend work for accounts that are materially overdue. Engineering outcomes—such as contaminant concentrations, energy use, or regulatory pass/fail margins—depend on factors outside our control, including occupant behaviour, third-party maintenance, and changes to building use; we therefore do not warrant specific numerical results except where explicitly guaranteed in writing for a defined measurement campaign.

Third-party products and platforms

Our recommendations may reference equipment, sensors, or software from independent manufacturers. Your procurement relationship is with those suppliers. We are not responsible for their warranties, lead times, firmware updates, or cybersecurity posture, although we will flag known interoperability risks when we are aware of them.

Accounts and portals

Where we issue secure links or client portals, you must maintain credential confidentiality and notify us immediately of suspected compromise. You remain responsible for activity conducted under credentials issued to your organisation.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information using no less than reasonable care. This obligation survives completion of individual assignments, subject to professional and legal disclosure duties.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing Services engagement by written notice in line with the cure periods stated in the relevant proposal. We may suspend or terminate access to digital resources immediately where necessary to address security incidents or misuse. Provisions that by their nature should endure—including intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law—will survive termination.

Disclaimer

The website and any illustrative tools (such as duty estimators) are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Envair Technology Limited disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on this site constitutes engineering sign-off for construction or compliance without a formal deliverable addressed to your instructed parties.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer where applicable law prevents such election.

Changes

We may amend these Terms to reflect evolving services or regulatory requirements. Material updates will be posted here and, where changes materially affect active engagements, communicated to your nominated contact. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent they apply to website use.
